Wash the chicken, pat it dry

Pre-Preparation

Preheat your pellet grill to 350°F

Brush with oil and cover with rub

Step 1

Place the chicken on the beer can on the cookie sheet

Step 2

Tuck the Wings and neck in.

Step 3

Smoke the chicken until an inserted thermometer reads 165°F

Step 4

Remove it from the grill and allow it to rest for 3-4 min

Step 5

Remove the beer can carefully

Step 6

Smother with gravy and enjoy!
