PELLET GRILL RECIPE
Preheat your Traeger or other pellet grill to 275°F..
01 BBQ Rub
02 Olive Oil
03 Chicken Thighs
04 BBQ Sauce
Use a grill mat for easy transfer and cleanup.
Tuck any loose pieces of meat underneath the chicken thighs before cooking to avoid burning.
Insert your meat probe far into the middle of your chicken thigh and avoid the bone.
Let the thighs rest for 10 minutes and serve with your favorite smoked asparagus or other side.
